alt Hacker NewsI’ve used Little Snitch to block the installation of Tahoe. I get a notification every few days, it when I click on it there’s a message that it can’t download the update. Massive stress reducer knowing I can’t accidentally upgrade to Tahoe.

Out of curiosity, how did you go about doing that? That sounds really nice and I'd be interested to see if it could work with LuLu as well.
