Hi, I'm George. I've been an early-stage startup engineer for about ten years and I'm looking for a product engineering role at a seed to Series B company.
I lean product engineer with a strong infra background. At Neurelo I was the first engineer and ran product alongside the founders — owned the roadmap, talked to design partners, and shaped the developer platform from concept to production. At Paramark there was no dedicated PM, so engineering was the product team in practice; I scoped features with the founders, talked to customers, and shipped end-to-end.
Recent work:
Paramark — Product engineer on a team without a dedicated PM. Owned features end-to-end. Also built internal data tooling and async processing pipelines on Kubernetes that took data prep from days to minutes for the analyst team.
Neurelo (founding engineer) — First engineer; led product alongside the founders and defined the roadmap. Designed the core architecture (Kubernetes-based infra for on-demand isolated customer deployments, systems for schemas and API-driven database access), built the team to eight engineers, and held technical and product direction through an executive transition.
Earlier: Stir (fintech for creators), Alto Pharmacy (led a team of five on patient-facing web/mobile, growth and experimentation), Bill.com (CI/CD work, cut Angular bundle size by 86%), and infra/data roles at Mimosa Networks and Zero Systems. What I'm looking for: a small team, a product I can care about, and room to own real surface area.
