Iran's Internet is partially restored, Cloudflare Radar data shows

Anytime I see anything posted by an Iranian on Instagram, there are always people commenting "how much did you pay regime for white sim" or something like that (white sim refers to users who get internet access without any filtering). I know multiple people in Iran who bypass restrictions using modern VPN solutions such as wireguard + xray for proxy.

One wonders if they've been able to upgrade to the latest generation of Chinese surveillance gear during the hiatus
