I agree (and upvoted you btw)

That's why I think this nit-picking, "no doom-scrolling" regulation is worthless.

A) It doesn't strike at the root of the problem, and therefore won't solve ti.

B) Orgs like these, that do immeasurable public harm, should just be eliminated.
