That would only be because you chose not to distinguish it. The words differ because the sentiment differs. Both sides are not "the same" manifestly. This does not mean both candidates were not morons.

A 5 ton truck and a 500000 ton truck are "the same" in that for the person run over by them, it makes no meaningful difference. Harris is pro genocide, so the only real edge she has on Trump is that he inflicts horrors on Americans, too. And at least from outside of America, that is indeed the same ghoulish shit, except one side pretends to be nice and wears shoulder pads, while the other is openly nasty and disgusting instead of just on the inside. You might argue that's more honest, actually.

edit: But really, both sides seem to run a lot, if not fully, on "we're not the other". Harris isn't anything, you basically already forgot her while you still listen to her, and Trump is constantly on about "Biden" this and "antifa" or "the media" or whatever that, but it's always something other than coherently and positively standing for something by themselves. Both parties offer absolute brain rot, hide it behind the other, and play ping pong with the carcass of the American people.
