Also when two people come to you saying that "that man over there attacked me" and have a whole crowd of people saying the same thing, you arrest the person. Now, if you look at the timeline as soon as the police realise he's been stabbed, they give first aid. Of all the cases to bring up, thats kinda the weakest. tragic, but not a signal of systemic failure. especially considering the number of deaths caused by cops in the USA. and that cops have qualified immunity, unlike in the UK.
