I'm not a big fan of Github right now either but I wouldn't consider this alternative due to its ownership chain.

I wouldn't even feel comfortable cloning from it, let alone contributing. If you decide to host your project there, please mirror it somewhere sane as well.
And Microsoft doesn't use Github to feed their own monsters? And why wouldn't Elon just use GitHub to feed Grok?
