I think knowing the ABCDEs of it should be more widely spread, as removing a mole is a much nicer alternative to having to take margins in a highly mobile place.
Agreed. As a reminder here are the ABCDE arguments to get extra worried about a mole.
Asymetrical (shape of the mole)
Border (irregular? Unclear delimitation?)
Color (has it multiple colors?)
Diameter (has it a >6mm diameter? An indicator that it might start vertical growth iirc)
Evolution (has it changed recently?)
