Good point - it's ranked 30[0] for education, which is even worse than California (25).

The ban allows exceptions for maternal health, rape and incest within the first trimester, which are the three things people claim are the only things abortion is used for. So that should be fine. It's not as though over 90% of abortions are just gruesome contraceptives.
