There is not one single video I've seen where it's better at 60 FPS, so I dispute your assertion. I actually find 60 FPS videos to be kind of bizarre and unpleasant to watch.
Finally found the person who was the target audience for garbage consoles claiming 30fps gaming is the norm. That makes one. :D

I've found that zero of the videos that I've ever seen that were 60fps improved things: certainly if I went full screen I could notice the resolution of 1080@60 versus 720@30, but in a standard browser window it was none.
