Here in the Czech Republic it is also very noticeable - rivers are running noticeably low and I've seen smaller streams dry out completely. Many trees ore getting orange or shedding leaves.

Also quite interesting sometimes what plants don't have issue with the dryness - often quite exotic ones originally from the Mediterranean or from Asia.
