Free speech has been around as a concept for two millenia, starting with Athenian democracy. Your relatively recent constitution didn't invent it and harping on your particular implementation is off-topic.
Did you miss where this story is about the US government making a determination about a foreign party? It's very much not off-topic.
The US has different rules for (a) its citizens and (b) foreigners. If the US decides an Italian company is carrying water for terrorists and takes steps to stop it, that has nothing to do with my right to free speech. Isn't this obvious?
I'm glad they forced it off the internet and I support the action.
I think the real question is why Italy cannot protect its companies.
