same. and at the bottom it says "Also Available : iOS 27" with a button which leads right back to iOS 26.7.

Same here. It’s over 5 GB, therefore is not 26.7. Upgrading, let’s see.

Having exact same experience as of 2:11p EDT.
Same, but I clicked it, awaited the update, and I'm on iOS 27 proper now-- so just a visual bug.
