It's dropping almost everywhere because the world is slowing urbanizing and abandoning subsistence agriculture.
This completely and entirely ignores what was actually happening in Argentina over the past 10 years, and I think the reason is the same as everywhere else: cost of living is too high. Argentina was in a state of hyperinflation in 2023.
