I don't live in the US, but yes. I've seen people get into punch-ups because of the queues (although that happens with gas queues as well). All I'm saying is that queues are not improved by having longer servicing times. If you have the same ratio of cars to fuel pumps / chargers, the one that takes 30 minutes to fill up will be worse.
