I'm Matias, a frontend engineer with 5+ years of React/TypeScript experience. Seeking frontend IC roles, full-time preferred. Available immediately.

I own frontend features and shared code independently, propose product and development improvements, and help unblock teammates through thorough code reviews and responsive communication.

At FloQast (via FullStack Labs):

- Delivered frontend work for a major UI refresh and implemented a new component library across dozens of repositories.

- Expanded the Flo-UI design system with 25+ reusable React components in Storybook, used by 14 engineering teams.

- Contributed to internationalization (i18n), helping keep the codebase stable through a complex change.

My supervisor's LinkedIn recommendation highlights my technical rigor, reliability, and collaboration across teams.

Previously at Kandui, I redesigned KYC onboarding UI/UX. Account-status tracking showed completion rising from 56% to approximately 97% after the refactor.

Fluent English (C1), native Spanish.
