20+ years of backend. 12 years at eMAG, the largest e-commerce platform in Southeast Europe: 10 as technical team leader, then system architect. PHP/Symfony, Kafka, Elasticsearch, event-driven services.

What I work on now is the engineering around LLMs: the part that decides what the model is allowed to see and do.

- Archstone (Apache-2.0): compiles business capabilities described in YAML into MCP tools. A field not named in the manifest never reaches the model. Live demo you can add to Claude as a connector: https://demo.archstone.dev/mcp

- ArtVinci: an art marketplace I built solo (Astro + Cloudflare Workers, moved off Wix without losing SEO). Its AI assistant is in production. It quotes prices only from validated tool calls, and its spend is capped server-side.

- Sage: an issue-to-pull-request pipeline with specialised agents, quality gates and every step persisted. The core pipeline works; it is still in development.
