Hard disagree. The only acne treatment I know by name has serious side effects that IMO should be discussed with a human at length before being used.

Isotretinoin (formerly sold under the brand name Accutane) is not one of the drugs which can be prescribed by the system. Also, the reason you know its name is precisely because it is abnormally associated with increased risk of suicide.
