Maybe creating the documentary was the most ambitious Nathan For You episode yet, and all simply to build publicity for this company.
The plan…
- Create a series of increasingly surreal reality TV shows that blur the distinctions between how we see ourselves and how we present to the world as characters.
- Convince a reality-distorting corporate sociopath that my experience making these shows makes me the ideal person to tell her misunderstood story to the world in a breakthrough documentary film.
- Use an advance screening of the film to generate publicity for this previously obscure AI document management startup.
