Any lawyers on this thread?

About 2 years ago I applied for a job at Spectrum Cable... under veterans hiring initiative.

When I asked why I didn't get the job,(At the very least I was well qualified and it was in Denver, where I live, at least a first round interview) the recruiter accidental (or maybe purposely) emailed me a thread that the job was for foreign hires only.
