alt Hacker NewsHow many people in this thread would dump their Android for an iPhone if they: - allowed real 3rd party browser engines - let you uninstall all the apple bloatware apps

Due to App Store $99 per year compared to PlayStore one-time $25 and iPhone being unaffordable for most people in my country, there's too many niche and/or local apps I'm using in Android where they won't port to iOS.

Which apps can't be uninstalled on the latest iOS?
I’ll dump my iPhone for an Android as soon as:
- iMessage works so I can participate in the family group chat
let you uninstall all the apple bloatware apps
Which Apple apps can't be removed?
Not me, because Apple still disallows direct competition with their other 'apps/features' like Compass.
If you added "Allowing manual sideloading of apps" to that list I would jump to an iPhone in a heartbeat
