I have negative empathy and what I would call "extreme prejudice" for these roaches. I claim trying to shed even a single tear for this ilk is justification for all hierarchy in the world, namely, one of the worst called "Meritocracy".
Most don't realize that "Meritocracy" was coined and popularized as a slur and was meant to be a dystopian concept.
I've certainly got some schadenfreude about the waves of people who have now been unleashed to ask AI about their problems and then go to doctors full of their own "expert" opinions. Doctors have been effective at limiting their attention when the occasional person who researches things on their own, but they can't stop a Zerg rush.
Never mind how AI actually saves their ass from the system's constructive malpractice. Focused attention from a skilled doctor obviously still beats AI, but the best we can actually get there is a 15 minute chunk after spending hours of running the time-wasting gauntlet of call center / nurse / nurse practitioner / medical assistant / whatever new layers they invent.
