So you think it is in Putin's interest to make it harder for western citizens to disagree with western elites by injecting chaos into the process?
I can see qui prodest of this productivity disruption, but it doesn't point to Putin.
The issue is disagreement with the elite, that's why whenever a protest become a bit too public or critics start to be a bit more heard they always accuse Russia to be behind, even when it's totally ridiculous
