Maybe so, but the Github page isn't hosting or instructing anyone to jailbreak their PS5, which in any case would be a civil matter. They're just telling you what you can do with the hardware. I'm gonna guess you could just run it on a BC-250, although this wouldn't be as aesthetically pleasing to look at as the PS5.
