Surprised so many people are defending this, just because there are also reasonable statements in the hidden prompt. Of course it makes sense to give agents some more context in how to deal with a user and to make it clear the agent is not a legal spokesperson for Meta. But how they are blatantly manipulating the agent to hide the users' rights from them is outrageous to me.
