alt Hacker NewsFor me, the main reason to use Ghostty is simply that mouse support works right out of the box. In Konsole clicking a spot to move the cursor only works if you're using Bash. While it also works with the Fish Shell on Ghostty.

Same here. ghostty + fish = just works out of the box, no plugins or dotfiles needed. Plays well with accessing remote tmux claude/codex sessions as well.
