I'm not a doomsday prepper but man if you need to run an LLM locally during the apocalypse to figure out how long your food is going to last, I feel like you are in for a tough time.

This kind of stuff really feels like knowledge that probably shouldn't be offload to AI but rather learned and practiced. Again, I don't have a bunker in my backyard but seems like a weird use case.
