alt Hacker NewsAir gapped networks might push the models to write computer viruses in order to bridge the gap. This is potentially very dangerous IMHO

Or just write some actual viruses and fully eliminate the root cause of networks being airgapped.
I assume avoiding this is the entire reason OpenAI is testing exactly that.
