I have a Sony Bravia Google TV, but did not want to sign in with a Google account. I also use it in ”basic mode” with Samba Interactive TV disabled. I used to sideload streaming apps with adb, but have switched to Obtainium now. After a software update the TV started to suggest signing in, but at least they did not opt me in automatically like Apple used to do with iCloud after iOS updates.
