I use Muse Code $5 month

It has a 5 hour usage limit, and if using the wonder model, you basically only get 1 or 2 prompts. However, I find it will basically do unlimited 'turns', so as long as I give a good prompt, I can get my work done.

No ide/harness. I only do light coding and don't have time to actually sit at my computer.
