What interaction is the AI performing to "make sure you get it"? Does it call the driver every 30 seconds for a status update?
Well, it could chat with the driver. Where I live the norm is when a driver is assigned your order they get to text you to confirm your location is correct(annoying, I know), they text you again if they are somehow finding it hard to get to your location, they text when they get to your gate for an access code, they text when they get to the front of your house. Thats a lot of texting I'lld gladly let an agent do for me.
