I use Codex and Claude Code with piles of project-specific skills and AGENTS.md files.

For my main work at my startup, we're very careful with how these are setup.

Everywhere else, I simmer in chaos.

I also have strong boundaries around generated prose. I don't like making other people read AI slop, but I don't mind having AIs read it.
