1. Claude (max) + Opencode Zen. 2. Tried some other models via OpenRouter but the pricing just doesn't justify usage sometimes. 3. Claude + OpenCode harness. Using Paseo sometimes to coordinate parallel tasks although I quickly run out of memory or grind to a halt doing this. Mentally I can't coordinate more than 3 or so coding tasks at once, and physically my Macbook pro suffers when going more than this. Convenient. 4. Forget swarms, I can't even handle 4 parallel tasks. 5. Tried, and these seem deeply overcomplicated, very AI-built, and ultimately not useful.
