Most of the time speaking or writing out precisely what you want in natural language would be more effort than using the systems we have already developed.
In this case, the problem is at the search bar. Because if there is no cable extension for what I want, the search should show me no items. But that is not good for business, so instead, it shows me crap tangentially related to my search.
None of the IA were useful to work against that anti-user pattern, so at the end I just lost my time, and confidence in assign search task for certain products to IA chats.
