Adoption at the TLD is high as it is expected of the TLD operators but the second level is very low. So .org itself is signed but .org second level domains are just below 5% adoption overall. .com second level is around 4.2%. .net second level are a little higher at around 5.2%. So most people's answer would be a solid no. HN audience may be some of that 5%.
