1-2) Claude $20/mo (planner) Codex $20/mo (reviewer) Deepseek $1-3/day workhorse.
3) Pi harness with herdr for organizing multiple projects/agents and Collie for mobile access (on a tailscale network). I have also been happy using zellij previously and might go back to it if the experimental Collie integration works. I need to switch to a different sub agent plugin for Pi (or leave Pi for a different harness) because herdr/collie are confused by the current subagents.
4) A standard /implement skill creates separate agents for different parts of the workflow. It uses Claude for planning, codex for reviewing, and deepseek for doing and orchestrating. https://github.com/gregwebs/skills-sdlc. I also have a plugin for switching between providers when quota gets low: https://github.com/gregwebs/pi-quota-dispatcher
