I use ChatGPT with memories. The contextual memory is super hit or miss. It works like 40% of the time, but if context is actually important (and it is for a lot of what I talk about), I have to say "alright look up the memories for XYX for context" in like every message.

That works pretty well but me just constantly telling it to grep manually is a bit underwhelming as far as UX goes.
