Edit /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ubuntu.sources to include resolute-proposed:
Suites: resolute resolute-updates resolute-backports resolute-proposed
Then update:
sudo apt update -t resolute-proposed sudo apt install linux -t resolute-proposed
