At work I main Opus 5.5 on Claude Desktop app. I have joined my current job 2 months ago and I literally never opened any IDE.

Personally I own a Ultra plan on Claude and a 200 plan on Codex (400 dollars month).

I run them from their native desktop apps, no longer I use any terminal app to run them.

I have not opened a IDE for months now, any diff I need to check I use the Github PR.

In the personal level I use the agents for everything, basically the only thing that I still do on my computer outside of agents is consuming content like HackerNews, random forums, reddit or youtube. All the rest: sending emails, reading them, filling forms, configuring apis, submitting apps to stores ( run a couple of successful mobile apps), building them... Is all done by the agents on my behalf.

Crazy world we live in eh?

Same. I've been claude code user since day one but also abandoned that terminal workflow completely. The tasks i'm doing are way to complex to manage inside a tui.

Same here, I’m on Claude Ultra and Codex 100 plan. I mainly use Claude Desktop with heavy cloud usage, and Codex to avoid Claude restrictions. I’m even now starting to tell Codex to control Claude desktop, because Codex can create secrets, store them, etc, while Claude cannot.

If there’s anything I need to track (medical appointments, discounts, etc), I just setup a schedule or create a service that I host on my local Debian server.

When I’m out of tokens I’m giving Argon a try. Works surprisingly well for research.
